RE: Windows 10 related Discussions and Updates

I have successfully updated to this version manually. There are some nice UI changes like start button, dark mode and many useful tweaks. The new settings page looks nice as well. For those who upgrading to this version, i would advise to check the settings again as many things are reverted back to default.

Try this solution Vicky bro
Make these changes manually or via a .reg file:

Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\WindowsUpdate\UX]
"IsConvergedUpdateStackEnabled"=dword:00000000

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\WindowsUpdate\UX\Settings]
"UxOption"=dword:00000000

Restart the computer and it should work.

The issue appears to affect domain-connected computers where a certain GPO relating to automatic updates is enabled.

Sorry to interrupt, but before attempting any technical or serious troubleshooting, make sure you have tried this...

The download goes from 0-100℅ correctly and then it says "updating your windows" and it goes to 2℅ and stops there. Then you get this error. Am I right. If yes,

1. Just hit "try again". You know, sometimes the server or your hard-disk was slow to respond.

2. Switch to a wired connection if you are on wifi.

3. Disable any antivirus or firewall and try again.
