I did clean installation of windows 10 2004 update. I. Saw many new features are missing like new setting app,cloud download, colour to courser. And my windows spotlight is not showing images I have done everything steps available in internet even reinstalled windows please help. Please please

Make sure you are running Windows 10 build 19041 (check by typing winver on the search bar).

new setting app

I don't think settings app has changed. It's the same old settings app, including the icon.

cloud download

Cloud download feature is available under Settings -> Update & security -> Recovery -> under Reset this PC click Get Started. Choose an option and after that you will see cloud download

colour to courser

You mean pointer size and color?
Go to settings -> Devices -> Mouse -> under Related settings click Additional mouse settings.

windows spotlight is not showing images

On a clean install, it takes a while to download images, depending on your connection speed. Make sure your network isn't marked as metered connection.

Not showing cloud option. And windows. Spotlight in lock screen section showing black picture. Yes pointer size and color not available. And I i use jio it gives best speed
