I am using TP link Archer C6 router with dual band .

this router is located at my 1st floor & my smart tv is on ground floor .
Tv is getting both signal 2.4 Ghz & 5 Ghz but they get medium range . some time good & sometime poor .

I am thinking for wifi extender at ground floor to boost wifi signal mainly to boost connectivity on smart tv .

I found this TP link router tp link ac 750 (RE 200) with some reviews on youtube to be good but amazon reviews are mixed.

if someone using such product , all suggestions are welcome

My friend have TP-Link Archer C6 and RE 200 Extender but he cant configure the TP-Link One Mesh feature. But the extender is very good.

I have Netgear R6220 Router on ground floor and TV on 1st Floor. So using Mi Router 3C as wired extender on 1st floor. Works like a charm with 4K content streaming. Reaches 40-50 mbps when tested on TV browser on fast.com.... Terabyte cables on amazon are good and cheap.

Initially i thought of using Mi router as wireless extender but saw considerable dip in internet speed. So went for Wired connection

I know wired connection works good & speed are always great but to take wired cable till tv is require heavy drilling around window so have to skip

dont need to take wire upto TV. Just connect first router and ground floor router with wire, then that ground floor router will have strong wifi signal to TV

D-Link DAP 1325. Single band 2gh. Amazon rate 2500. Local shop rate 1500. But no extender works with Jio gigs fiber frequency.

Using TP-link AC1200. Works perfectly. My Router is in Living room while the extender is in Bed Room

Earlier I was using TP-Link 850RE. Used it for 4 years until it started giving me issues so bought the current one.

I am using Huawei WS323 bought at Kuwait. It is dual band, but boosts only one band at a time.

Dual band extenders costs above Rs.3000 (I don't know whether they boost both frequencies at the same time).
