I will suggest you to decide first what is preferences regarding the OS of the phone i.e Windows or Android.
In my view Microsoft Lumia 435 Dual SIM is undoubtedly better than other option you provided (better hardware specification and Battery backup).. I will suggest you to go for it..:k But it's a windows phone.Having Windows phone is not a drawback but it gives a different taste in the Android crowded Market.On the other Hand Android has tons of App. Choice is yours..:hello
