Seeking Help Which Atta is Best for Stomach?

Aashirwad atta sold in UP market is coarser than central parts of India which again is coarser than that of South India. Try the sharabati variant, the Aashirwad Select atta for softer rotis/dishes and see if you feel the same. Sharabati wheat is sourced from Madhya Pradesh only and remains same for all regions of circulation.

Increase the amount of time you use to knead the dough. The more you knead the dough the less trouble it will create for your stomach.
You can also Try adding some extra bran or little quantity of Singhara atta (water caltrop/water chestnut) as per your taste.
If possible eat a piece(at least one inch) of ginger either fresh or pickled form along with the chapati (roti). Ginger and wheat has a very good combination from digestion point of view.
Yes I usually have stomach problems and can't digest spicy items ...
You need to improve your gut health (the good living bacteria in the intestine). The most easy would be to consume home made fresh yogurt (Dahi / Curd) empty stomach in the morning. After taking yogurt avoid eating anything for at least 45 minutes. Continue this routine minium a month. If you have problem digesting yogurt, you can add 2 pinch mixture of the following [in equal amount Sendha Namak(Rock Salt), Kala Namak (Black Slat), Powdered Kali Mirch(Black Pepper), Dry Roasted & Powdered Zeera (cumin), Dry Roasted & Powdered Ajwain (Carom Seeds) & half the qty Hing (Asafoetida)].
There are many other ways(foods) to improve your Gut health. Invest some time in your health and gather knowledge about them ...

We all know different flours have different powers & nutrition in it. You can try Aashirwaad Atta which is the best chakki fresh atta with good nutrition facts for the whole body.
