Hello guys

Whenever I try a branded Atta such as Aashirwad, it causes me stomach pain after a few days. I have tried many times but everytime I start having stomach pain.

Yes I usually have stomach problems and can't digest spicy items such as Samosa, hotel and party food, etc.

Now I want to know is there any branded Atta which doesn't cause such issues and is very light on stomach and good for digestion?
You can try adding Wheat Bran to any branded atta. This way you will get more fibre which will help in digestion. Problem with most branded wheat flours is that they remove husk completely. So these are low in fiber.

You can also try MP sharbati atta instead of others, Aashirwad Select Aashirvaad Select Atta | 100 % MP Sharbati Wheat. or Devaaya Atta product both are good, but do add wheat bran to it.

Bro Ashirwaad is already the best branded atta but if it doesn't suits you then I will suggest you to go for M.P. Chakki atta (loose) from your nearby Atta Chakki because they always grind the fresh Atta..
Patanjali Atta:p:lol: Jokes apart

Ashirwaad is the best brand in atta .. if its not good for you means as abhi bro said go for Chakki atta:tup:

My nearby atta chakki owners mix low quality wheat in atta, so can't believe on them.

Bro we normally use Aashirvaad or Annapurna atta, but I observed that when we buy direct wheat grains and get flour from them(we do this at times when we get wheat), it is more tasty and healthy.

Aashirvaad is good brand but direct flour without anything adulterated is better option.
Buy Raw wheat wash it cleanly and give it to flour mill to grind and then use it.
Flormill atta is best
By ourselves going to Flourmill

Yes. We are doing same since years but now I'm not getting time to go to atta chakki and spend time there until the atta is prepared. If I leave the wheat there and come to home, they mix low quality wheat in atta as I mentioned above. That's why I'm looking for branded atta.

TBH patanjali atta was good, I had tried once. It was at par with Ashirvad at that time. #creditwheredue.
That was more than a year ago though. I am not aware of the current quality.
Try Patanjali Select Atta. It is made by Sharbati Wheat, costs little more but it is better than regular Aashirwaad Atta.

Once I tried Patanjali atta but the roti were very dry and hard.

There is no mistake in aashiwarad Atta you can try mixed grain Atta as your digestion is weak
You can also take liv52 syrup for better digestion ;)
