Not working yet in Redmi Note 4 but in my Redmi Note 3 with older version of WA it's working fine to send photos and videos properly.

As confirmed by Whatsapp and Facebook, users are facing an issue while uploading or sending images, videos and other files on their platforms and this is impacting customers across all telecom operators. We are in touch with them to understand how soon things will get back to normal. We will keep you posted.
