Facebook & Instagram are Not Working Currently There Might Be 3 Reasons For It :

1) Might Be The pvt link of meta is leaked which can lead to leak of sensitive info of users.
2) Might Be Someone Has Used Ddos To Down These Sites.
3) Also It Can Be The Server Of Meta Is Updating.
