WhatsApp, Facebook and Instagram Down(Resolved Now)

Edit:Facebook, Instagram too have trouble in loading.

Yes WhatsApp is down, Text messages are working but sending or receiving images, audio and video is stopped.

Rather than a total or global outage, the Facebook issue appears to be specific to certain features. Users report that specific posts or photos don't show, but that the page might load.
