Strange issue.. maybe some server related thing. As you said no reason to block such an app & it was always accessible for me on Airtel so was definitely not blocked.
 
ISP: JioFiber

ibb.co short domain from imgbb.com image hosting is blocked.

imgbb.com and i.ibb.co are not blocked (yet?) though.

Nvidia login is blocked on my Jio Fiber network, and because of this I'm also unable to login to the Nvidia GeForce Experience desktop app without VPN.

Update: Changed DNS to Google DNS and now VLC Media Player website loads fine on both Jio Fiber and Airtel 4G.

Cloudflare Warp VPN was blocked on JioFiber for so long and it was unblocked the same day this new rule was announced.

A coincidence or ...? :unsure:
