Breaking Vodafone reduced prepaid incoming validity to 7 days

Now like airtel , vodafone too reduces incoming validity from 15 to 7 days now. My outgoing validity expired on 21 September, suddenly I checked by *121# - it is showing that incoming validity upto 28 September, cc confirms too the same

Cc confirms that it effected 7 days ago, now more pain for general prepaid customers.
