Sad News BSNL also reduced incoming facility in grace period to 7 days

Freidns, today I recharged my Kolkata BSNL number for Rs 74 for validity extension. I got the 180 days validity upto 01.07.2020 but it says My incoming is upto 08.07.2020. I called cc & they confirmed the same.
*Another things that - if I do not recharge within next 7 days after outgoing expires then all the balance credit will be gone.

It's one year old News. I recharged on 17/3/2019 validity till 17/03/2020 and expire on 24/03/2020
