correct bro,my home no also vodafone using from since 2011 onwards & i also not get this message :'(

vicky bro time does not matter as my own vodafone number activated in 2005 and since then it's with me. in my case what shocks me more is that here in gujarat vodafone specially created government plan named "GOG75". which is government of gujarat special(not for normal users) postpaid plan with 75 monthly rate. vodafone did not sent any message on same numbers so with it you can say that it's not even notified to government for change.
