There is no KKR Quota bro, neither is Gill in KKR nor Rana, both have talent to represent India and Gill being so Talented & Skill can handle Team well and is very Young too he can be like Graeme Smith who had little experience of Captaincy but ended as Most successful Captain.

Let him first establish as a player bro . He is yet to confirm his place in team permanently . We dont want him to become another karun nayar .
There are lot of examples where finest players have gone down with their batting as well as captaincy when handed over the responsibility.
If we are looking for the young captain then Rishabh looks suitable since he has little experience as captain . Can't say about KL because of his non consistency

Rishabh pant will captain india.A strong lobby(Jsw) is backing him. Ganguly knows it already.Recent interviews of many people seems to suggest he will be Tests skipper.

Shubman Gill can be New Test Captain for India, He can handle Team well.

Bhai fifties score karne se test team me jagah pakki nahi hoti....KLRahul has done well in short term and is ready to captain the team. Either him or Pant. I don't think Rohit will lead even in next WC. There is too much competition now with Gill. Shaw/Devdutt/Ruturaj. These are top order batsman ahead of him. Also he needs to perform big in IPL in next two years. Otherwise out of the team for forever.

Rahane and Pujara out of the team for sure. Rahane hasn't scored much runs(plus Vihari needs to be tried). Pujara hasn't scored a century since three years. Iyer can bat at three or Vihari at three and Iyer at five. Vihari/VK/Iyer perfect combo. We can even try Gill in at 5.

I think Virat is upset after being removed as odi & t20 captain ... But this is wrong decision

Very good decision in my honest opinion. Removed? He should have left ODI captaincy long back. He hasn't scored runs since long. Pujara and Rahane as well. Needs to be dropped. VK should get chance till 23WC in White ball format and then should focus only on test cricket transition in team. Gill/Devdutta/Surya/Ruturaj perfect combo after WC 23.

Virat needs exceptional 5000 runs in test and 7000 runs in ODI before he retires. Anything less than this, it will be injustice to what he is.
