I remember back when MNP was first introduced, the telecom stores were charging Rs. 20 + FRC value. These days just the FRC is being charged.. at least in my case

Till now I used mnp for more than 6 times. The only policy in mnp I know is, You can change to another operator only after 3 months completion of current mnp date.
