I had very bad experience with You Broadband. My connection went off and it didn't come back for a month. Customer Care didn't have a clue of what's happening. Every time I call, they say the issue will be resolved in 24 hours. It never did. I have cancelled my connection and went for a different ISP at that time. This was in Hyderabad!
