Subscription amount is to be paid at time of installation, which includes monthly plan rental, installation charges and service tax as applicable. 
It differs from plan to plan.
For example: 1400 plan includes 1 month subscription + Installation charge + Service Tax & 1050 plan includes 2 months subscription + Installation + Service tax.

Tikona has airwaves in the 2300 MHz band, which it bought in the 2010 auctions in Gujarat, Himachal Pradesh, UP (East), UP (West) and Rajasthan for over Rs 1,058 crore.
