The 6-inch Nokia Lumia 1320, affordable Lumia 525 come to India

Nokia has launched the much-awaited Lumia 1320 and Lumia 525 in India at Rs 23,999 and Rs 10,399, respectively.

The Lumia 1320 has a 5 megapixel camera and is engineered with a dual-core processor. It has a 6-inch HD LCD IPS (1280x720) display.

The Lumia 1320 is engineered with a 1.7GHz Dual-Core Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 processor and has a 3400mAh battery.

The Lumia 1320 runs Windows Phone 8 OS.

The Lumia 1320 will come in orange, yellow, white, and black colour variants.

The Lumia 1320 will be available in India starting January 13.

Nokia has also launched the successor to the Lumia 520 smartphone in India. Named Lumia 525, the long-rumoured smartphone looks identical to its predecessor.

The Lumia 525 has a 4-inch (800 x 480) display and a 5 megapixel camera.

Nokia's Lumia 525 is powered by Qualcomm's Snapdragon S4 dual-core processor clocked at 1GHz.

Unlike the Lumia 520 that includes 512MB RAM, the Lumia 525 has 1GB of RAM onboard. The Lumia 525 has an internal memory of 8GB. There is also a microSD card slot that supports a microSD card up to 64GB.

Nokia launches Lumia 1320 and Lumia 525 in India

Nokia has launched two new Lumia phones in India. The first is the Lumia 1320, which shortly follows the flagship Lumia 1520 launched last month. The Lumia 1320 is priced at INR 23,999 ($385).

The Lumia 1320 has a 6.0-inch, 1280x720 resolution display, dual-core 1.7GHz dual-core Snapdragon S4 processor, 5 megapixel camera, 1GB RAM, 8GB internal memory and microSD card slot.

The Lumia 525 is more of a budget offering. It is priced at INR 10,399 ($167). It has a 4.0-inch, 800x480 resolution IPS LCD, 5 megapixel camera, dual-core 1GHz Snapdragon S4 processor, 1GB RAM, 8GB internal and memory with microSD card slot. The Lumia 525 also comes with free Gameloft games worth 2,025.
