This wont work in long run. Cuz you cant expect HS,ZEE5,Yupptv,Sunxt to pay 30Crs for digital rights of a big movie.

They have quote combo offer (digital+satellite), otherwise they won't take satellite rights with huge money in future.

Thats the plan.... from now on Gemini, Star, Zee networks will negotiate deals for both satellite + digital rights. If Netflix, Amazon buys Digital Rights then these TV Network won't buy separate Satellite rights. Thus, forcing producers to sell combined rights

This wont work with Producers, Before they used to handsomely pocket like 20crs for MB movie only in digital, satellite also will be around 18cr like that. Producers is getting 35-40 for digital and satellite. Now if they are combining and selling both DTH+Digital rights, DTH channels wont pay 40crs for a movie for now. So producers will be loosing and we will be suffering.
