Yes, during FM phase auction. Later govt allowed and won few frequencies too.. They were discharged in Aircel - Maxis case by CBI court. Later CBI and Ed appealed in supreme court . Supreme court recently said complete probe in 2G and airtel-maxis case in 6months .
