Update size is 0.97 gb (approx 970mb)

Update yet to be installed
Will discuss if any visible changes found post upgrade installation.
Check your set top box and me know if you found any visible changes or its just security patch.

Though seeing its size i don't think its just security patch.

My observations so far:

1) February 2025 security patch
2) wireless debugging option permanently greyed out ( disabled ) so no longer able to sideload apk now using ES file explorer.
3) new app named glance tv found (screensaver app just like that lockscreen pictures on Samsung mobiles)

Hi, since you have the iptv box i wanted to ask if this box supports any of the HDR codecs in netflix and Prime video like HDR10+ or Dolby Vision. And whats your overall review of the boxes performance(Realtek/amlogic).

I have amlogic iptv box and yes it supports hdr-hdr10+ on prime video and dolby vision on Apple tv+ which i personally seen so that i can confirm.

I personally didn't watched any HDR content on Netflix as i don't have subscription but be assured i am sure its supported if your tv supports.

One of the best feature of this IPTV box is you can force convert SDR to HDR which i personally like as it shows sdr contents in vivid colours (not true HDR).

Performance is far better

Even my xiaomi smart tvs google tv interface feels laggy after i started using IPTV box.

But you can not sideload apks

You have to depend on play store only for installing apps.

Damn,Thanks a lot! Really feels like a good deal. My use is mostly Kodi so i think itll work well.Tho for me it shows the 2nd gen rtd1325 box so im guessing supports the same codecs as 1st gen Amlogics.

Yes its definitely 2nd gen realtec one

Please create full review post here in forum after installation.

We all members here are looking forward for gen 2 box review.
You bet, once i get the box i’ll for sure test every video codec & file type there is Since this is my primary usage and im not going to be touching the iptv side of this.

IPTV is included so you must use IPTV also its good by considering given channels. You are from Banglore so you will get kannada ultimate hd+ package.

And yes you will be paying for that package along with wifi (included both in black plan)
So use iptv also along with kodi and other ott apps.
