really awesome agenda... but...

1. that's not as easy as they speak. it involves convincing govt. of multiple states, convincing people of multiple states. there might be protests and agitation from people. even if they overcome all and link the rivers, it will lead to construction of new dams across rivers to stop and save water. that will again lead to problems as similar to cauvery issue. in my opinion, they must create a water resource tribunal with autonomous powers just like judicial/military dept.

2. that purely depends on state govt. they can only disburse funds and ask state govt. to build them. not all state govt. gonna listen to central. even if they listen, there's no guarantee that the money will be rightly spent without corruption.

3. that's certainly impossible considering number of cases and judges. and also not to forget the loopholes in our laws.

4. no one's gonna introduce a system, with powers more than themselves. even if lok pal is implemented, it will be just another puppet of the govt. be it any govt.

5. & 6. we will have the draft in 5 years and...:snail2::snail2::shutup:
