I have i-Ball ClaroTV T18 USB TV Tuner. I always take snaps of Digital Cable channels from that.

I don't record any show because i don't have much space to record TV show in my Hard Disk.

No. Normal tv tuners are not compatible with DTH, thy are for cable connections...
u need special ones for DTH...

Are you using this with a DVB-C Cable STB? I had bought this internal tv tuner http://www.avermedia.com/Product/ProductDetail.aspx?Id=504 for my DVB-C cable STB , RF connection works but RCA/composite is not working, will composite work with these USB tv tuners like iball claro?

Yes I am using Hathway Digital Cable DVB-C and Dish tv DVB-S STB with this and it works fine.
Your AverMedia internal tuner must be defective, Composite has to work on that.
