So with normal Tv Tuner card available in the market , you will only be able to watch the same program on your computer which is tuned by your STB.

No. Normal tv tuners are not compatible with DTH, thy are for cable connections...
u need special ones for DTH...

I have one Vinay bro, that supports only Cable TV. There is a single pin....

Well don't get confused iS THAT ME.. Every TV Tuners have a Video, Audio, RF port and you can use them to play DVD, Cable, DTH etc.. A S-Video port to connect with S-Video TV, You will get a good quality TV Tuner(Internal) Card with Rs400-500... I am using Internal Zebronic from years... Not a single problem yet... Else go for USB(Plug-N-Play )... You will get infrared remote with wire in every TV Tuner...

Buy iBall Claro USB TV tuner if you want to view / record TV or take snaps. Also FM Radio can be listened.
