Yes you can view DTH in all TV tuners with these type of AV RCA connector jacks (Yellow, Red, White) that come free with the USB device.

AFAIK you can view any DTH (paid one), if you connect RCA OUT of STB to RCA IN of your TV TUner card.
This way you can only view to that channel which is currently being tuned by your STB.
