yeah but ICC All events media Rights with Star Sports, they are Responsible for Distribution and Syndication of all ICC events with any broadcasters or streaming platforms.

Fancode sign deal directly with ICC and it's exclusive till April 2023
 
Legends League Cricket streaming rights too with Hotstar, yesterday Star Sports aired promos.
