BWF rights seems to have moved to Sony too.

No concrete evidence of the same as of now.. Apart from one event on Sony.. If any press release or media coverage comes for the same. Will do that as well. Also, if Star had lost the rights, they have no way of keeping the past events on Hotstar even now.
