Hardware supports it bro, but Moto has enabled only 13 bands which are good enough for India and Europe and UAE.
But when the hardware is capable then what's the point of not using it to it's full potential? Does it cost anything extra to the device manufacturer to keep all bands enabled?
Also in the screenshot I shared why does it say all enabled bands when listing those if they are not enabled?

Yes. OEMs need to pay royalty to Qualcomm for bands and CA. S22 Ultra supports/OnePlus 10T support 7CA and 2000Mbps Modem in US and in India just 3CA and 1000Mbps for the same price of 649USD in both countries. Means hardware supports it but OnePlus has disabled the same on India due to cost cutting. In India, import cost and custom duties and all that stuff results into increases cost of the phone and OEMs needs to do cost cutting in all these stuffs. OnePlus 10T gives 1043Mbps on just 140Mhz of n41 on TMobile. I didn't receive my unit yet, but 1-3-41 on Vi with each band on 4*4MIMO unit gives 180Mbps early morning in Pune. So in modem there is cost cutting. Atleast review unit. I have ordered for myself, but delivery is after 15 August. I will update once I receive it.
Poco F3(from Europe) gives 4CA on Vi in Pune. Mi11X same phone in India gives just 2CA. Poco F3 costs of 300USD at the launch and Mi11X costed 400USD in India at the launch. But cost cutting for India due to not paying royalty to Qualcomm.

When I enter the hidden network engineering mode on my Moto Edge 30 through *#*#4636#*#* it shows me this list of enabled bands for LTE, 5G NR in Standalone and non-standalone modes. Do you have an idea why it shows bands which moto says it doesn't support?

Might be a bug in that 4636 diagnostic app, similar scenario happened for me with wifi calling in my old phone

Esmail, my G71 and G51(snapdragon 480+, costing 11000-12000 in sale) shows same page, but bands are disabled I guess. I have rooted these phone and checked in NSG. It is not showing 258. Not a single phone supporting 258 in India. Somebody commented on TT that Pixel 6 Pro costing 67K supports mmWave, but it doesn't even support band 41 for 4G or 5G, so no question of n258. iPhone 13 Pro Max from India is also not showing mmWave in USA on Verizon. My brother is using it with TMobile, not the fastest one as Indian model doesn't support 200Mhz bandwidth on n41. Some technical jargon which I didn't understand. Not working with AT&T as well as AT&T uses 3.45Ghz as a c band. So differs in everything. Also you said mmWave in US and India have different in frequency range so US model of iPhone won't work here as well. With 14 Pro Max/S23 Ultra series there might be inclusion of mmWave in Indian models(cost will increase by 10000-15000 atleast due to mmWave inclusion) and 5CA-6CA including n78+mmWave along with 4G bands on iPhone 14 Pro Max. Fingers crossed. Current iPhone from India supports 1-3-n41/1-3-n78 which can give maximum of 350mbps on Vi with all three bands on 4*4MIMO. Vi will activate this combination before December in Western line in Mumbai for bollywood people. Because they are the only people who are using Vi in Mumbai with Redx plans with unlimited data. Sites are fiberised. Even 1-3 goes beyond 150Mbps.

Pretty good, supports 8 out of the 10 bands available in India leaving out only the mmWave band n258 and the not yet formalised APT600.
