Yes I am able to access.

Current my sim 1 is jio and sim 2 is airtel.

Jio I ll use in my home. Airtel I use in my office as jio coverage is not available in my home.

Bro, here is my case..
Jio in sim 1 & Airtel in sim 2.
1. If i switch off jio net, and use wifi, jio working fine.
2. If i switch on data of airtel sim, be it 2g/3g or 4g, jio network disappears.

I thought this would be normal, so i didn't shared.
We cannot use jio service if other sim data is turned on.

Please share your experience bros.. can we have a solution for this issue?

That's normal Ritesh and Sarkar bros. Jio will not work if the data is turned on from other network.

My Problem is little different.

I am using Xiaomi Redmi 2 prime. Xiaomi says both slots are 4G enabled but with 4G+2G configuration. So if one slot is 4G then other will work as 2G.

Now if Jio is in one slot(another slot Voda) and data is active in Jio then no problem, in voda sim i can receive call and so everything works as expected. But the moment I change data to Voda then both Sim lost signal and no signal coming on both Voda as well as Jio and both sim says No service.

There is no such issue if I replace Jio with Airtel/BSNL etc

In my phone I can only access 2G data on Airtel SIM in SIM 2 if Jio is in SIM 1 with LTE as preferred Mobile Network.

If the other SIM Data is turned on with Preferred Mobile Network as LTE then other SIM Preferred Data by itself turns into 2G in my phone.So If i was to Access Airtel 4G Data then Jio SIM shows No Service

Right Now I have 2 Jio SIMs in my phone.The one which is enabled for Data only shows signal . The other shows No Service or Emergency Calls Only

in my case, Am using Jio in Slot 2 then only both the SIM cards are working properly.

If I used to Jio in Slot 1 and use internet, slot 2 show "No Signal" during that period.

So, with all the inputs, we can confirm that we cannot use jio, if other sim's network is turned on. Right?

Yeah. If jio is in phone then we are forced to use only Jio for data  :s

Yes, we can't use Jio because they don't have 2G/3G bands.
