Last year,
Every month i ordered 30+ items in one order.
After shipment they're split into 2 to 3 shipment parts. Many times, delivery person missed one or two split shipments.
Very bad experience with flipkart.

I tried big basket, till now no issues. Using from 4-5 months.

I always use swiggy instamart with swiggy credit card. Good service good offer (10% cashback)

Ordered grocery items on Flipkart, and it has been marked as delivered but I've not received it.

Raised the issue, let's see what will happen.

Flipkart customer executives have called me 10 times & asked the same question please check with your neighbours & security personnel.

Ordered some grocery from Flipkart and recieved one wrong item. This also happened about 3-4 times before but no problem because this is always beneficial wrong item is always higher value than orderd one

Is this a offer or what Flipkart always does such things anyways I got it at this price but I don't know why Flipkart grocery is showing not available at my pincode from yesterday.

While BigBasket was reluctant to deliver, Flipkart Grocery on the other hand is too eager to deliver the order. The delivery time is specified as 10:00AM to 09:30PM, but the delivery guy has been continuously spam calling me since 8:00AM to receive the package. Otherwise he won't deliver. I don't understand why these platforms are unable to honor the specified time/day slots.

I've been using Flipkart grocery from more than a year allmost all of the time they deliver products before time. You should always check products before giving OTP after giving OTP they won't accept returns. And as per my experience they have delivered wrong products many time purposefully maybe in my one of the orders some time back there was an soya chunks packet on bill it was same but on app also but they delivered rice instead.
