Seeking Help SBI 2nd Credit Card

Currently I have 3 Credit Cards. SBI, HDFC, ICICI (nothing else are provided in my city).
HDFC doesn't provide 2nd CC.
ICICI though provides multiple cards, extra cards are of no use as total Credit Limit* is same for all.
What about SBI? Does the 2nd card gives additional credit limit?
*Example: My Credit limit 90K
1st card expense: 20K
2nd card expense: 10K
Available Credit Limit: 60K
Note: Not talking about Add-on cards for family, all are self.

You want extra credit and better services then you can directly apply for amex cards. They are totally a different banking solutions. Also amex does provide their services in Jamshedpur. You can apply online directly via their website or any other third party websites. I have been using one and their services are good. Only thing is you have to select the right card according to your need.
