Samsung Wireless Charger Convertible and S8 LED Case Review with Pictures

Hi all,

As you might have seen my post in our forum i prebooked and received Galaxy S8 Samsung flagship phone of this year. As a prebook privileged customer i was eligible to claim free wireless charger from samsung india e-store. Along with that i ordered LED View cover for my device which costs Rs.3,000 (yes, indeed very costly considering its just a mobile case) but i was liking it in images so thought to give it a try.

Charger cost was Rs.4,499 which Samsung gave away to all prebook customers for free after activating the phone via same sim used for prebooking and grabbing the coupon from MyGalaxy App. The process went hassle free for me. I did not pay a single penny for it. hya

Just tested the wireless charger with Galaxy S7 which is older generation samsung flagship, it worked with the S View case too which i use on S7. So every official Samsung cases are supported i think. Great move. The Wireless Charger has a type C port only but the micro USB Port devices like older Samsung models than S8 also works same. Fast charging also works fine on those. hya

Software bug i guess bro. Also when we close the flip cover, the wireless charging stops working so need to keep the flip the cover. I guess in future they will fix it via software updates.
