Does Samsung M20 come with Corning Gorilla Glass ? Or do we need a screen guard ?

No.. It doesn't come with Gorilla Glass. It comes with Asahi Dragontrail Pro Glass, which is more or less same as Gorilla Glass.

It's totally upto you bro. It depends on how you use your phone. If you feel you might break it, then it's better to put a screen guard, so that you get inner peace & you can use you phone without worrying.

I personally don't like to use any screen guard as it makes the phone look bad. My phone has a regular glass and I am using it without any screen guard. It is still perfectly fine even after 1.5 Years.
