Return earbuds but Amazon refused refund!

My sister recently purchased earphone from Amazon she didn't like them and return them. It was supposed to be initiated refund by now but at Amazon they refused saying they didn't received the original product.

This is new scam these delivery agent are doing it for sure.

App is designed terribly. It should immediately show us, customer that agents have recieved the product. It only shows up at late evening.

Agent was supposed to pick product on 12 but arrived on 17. Product was handed over after inspection by agent. Still they are asking to return original product to initiate refund. Like what the hell Amazon upto?
