Hello,
I purchased medicines from Medlife (27 March 2020) Of Rs. 5164.38 by Using My SBI Debit Card (Mastercard). On 30 March 2020, I cancelled my order due to late delivery. But as of now, I didn't receive a refund in my account.
My Bank SBI Replied me Today @Mon, Apr 20, 2020 at 4:12 PM that "We have not received any refund from the merchant." and Medlife Claiming that "the refund of Rs. 5164.38 was already initiated to its original payment source on Mar 30, 2020 1:58:18 PM with Epg Txn Id --- and Txn Uuid ---".
Both Mails Attached.
Now, What Can I do in this situation? :sad: Please Help Me :cf2:
