JioStar is much better than others because deal is between Jio and Star. Disney has been already on the way to exit Indian tv business as it's not profitable for them (source many forums and website)

Jio is a brand name already popular in mobile, internet broadband, Jio mart, jio studio and many other things. jug jug jiyo Jio 👍

I guess here you are wrong, Disney Star India is the one of few having profitable TV business.
The Walt Disney Company has reported a revenue increase to $23.2 billion from $22.3 billion in the third quarter of 2023-24 compared to prior-year quarter. The revenue of Star India stood at $279 million in Q3 FY24 compared to $277 in the same quarter previous year.
Meanwhile, what you are talking about is operating losses which depends on year on year.
