Welcome Anna, just now jio technician came & checked no issue in my connection, For speed issue it's automatically resolved within 1 week, he told already we had received 4 to 5 complaint in your apartment, most of people using jio fiber for work from home, that's why facing issues in morning, We had informed to team,soon they will resolve

how to check jio fiber router uptime (last reboot time) ? earlier we can see these info on myjio app but now its not showing anymore.

This morning we had JioFiber optical fiber cut in our area and red light was blinking on my ONT. Jio alerted via SMS & WhatsApp with the progress with their automated system messages and the outage was fixed within 2 hours.

Still the MyJio app says it will be fixed by afternoon.
