Reliance Jio testing Live TV (IPTV) service on Jio STB

Bro's got reply from my circle jio appellate officer & standard reply for hathway team, jio appellate team asked my stb serial no, tomorrow I will send,

On error page (nsc id) number showing is your smart card number if it is assign to your stb yet and (rsn) is your stb serial number. In my fiber stb nsc id is showing but not in airfiber stb.
Or you can find account number in myjio app by going to statement. and you should attach the full error page snapshot.

For my JioFiber STB, the NSC ID mentioned on the LiveTV app and packed box sticker NSC ID is exactly the same.
