Just to confirm, is your TV 4K? The Jio STB caps the resolution at 1080p if the TV is capable of playing only upto 1080p. I had a similar experience with the Jio STB when I first used it on a TV that could play only upto 1080p. Later when I connected the same STB to a 4K TV, the Jio STB started showing the 2160p option under resolution settings.

Whatever the resolution of ur TV will be the resolution of display...it doesn't matter what the STB or stick or any input device even 4k..
We only get the resolution of ur TV display..the input device auto changes to the resolution of TV display...it's not any fault or issues in ur input STB or stick or any device...if TV resolution is 720p then STB will show 720p itself....

Now few basic wifi settings can be changed through my jio app in jio fiber set top box. Earlier we can only see the wifi informations.

And remaining data of jio fiber is also now showing.

This is not available on my Jio STB yet. It simply shows unlimited data.

MyJio app version in my Jio STB is 6.0.35.

Two days ago i called to jio fiber customer care for some internet related issue then on ivr they are giving information about sony app outage. I think jio is also having some issues with sony just like tata play.

When I turned on my STB in the morning today, I noticed that it had logged me out of all apps, and asked me to re-login to all apps. It was like the "App-Data" for all apps had been deleted overnight.
It wasn't a major issue for me, I just had to re-login. But I was still puzzled as to what the issue could have been?

Anyone else faced this issue today (or in the past)?
