Control yourself dear! I know the difference between Jio TV plus and Jio TV. I posted it there because there was a discussion of Live tv launching in Aug and coincidentally this ad was in test plus channel. Not sure why you are so aggravated for this. You can simply report it to. Why reply unnecessarily. Take deep breath dear.

I had written it clearly that I saw a Jio TV app ad in Jio TV plus app. I have also called out that I wasn't sure if that's a new ad or not. He's jumping into conclusions simply and overreacting.

What is your set top box version? It should be mentioned on the outer packaging cover.

All v3 models are having 4K resolution as far as I am aware.

That's the STB model and firmware version bro.

You need to find what STB version you have. It's mentioned on the blue color Jio STB box. I think the version should be mentioned on the bottom side of the STB also.

I have JHSD200 v3 and it supports 4K resolution on my TV.

JHS C200 V1 IN. Took connection around 2022. Whether at that time 4K Jio STB not available or iam given old model STB Bro...

Have you check stb screen resolution in display setting.
As far as I know all the jio stb is 4k. If you are facing any issue in display resolution you can ask customer care to replace your stb to a new one.
