Reliance Jio blocked access to Telegram web?

Your statement is contradictory. If Jio is blocking due to Indian Govt order then all other ISP of India should also block it but you are saying it works in other ISP which proves there is no Govt order to block it and Jio is unilaterally blocking it for it's users may be to protect its users from malware just like Google do

Government didn't ask for the block. It's my speculation that Jio has blocked because of that. (And I never said TRAI or DoT ordered). You can re-read my message to clear that.

P.S.: Government did order to ban p**n Sites recently but I see a lot of p**n Sites back from the Blocked State. Not every ISP follows the order and they simply restore the access after sometime. I'm using Internet for more than 17 years now. It's pretty much the same all the time.

Not on Proton either. Opera is blocked. Others I didn't try.
