Please Confirm Does This Supports 2.4 Ghz? Or Only 5 GHz?
All the jio stb support both the bands.
Can't Find 2.4 GHz Network On His Phone, He Is Able To See Only 5 Ghz
Currently Jio airfiber router support only single name for both the bands. If you change one band name it will automatically change the other band name itself. So the single wifi name showing in the phone has both the band and phone will automatically interchange the band according to your distance form router.

Ofcourse its a 4k stb bro 😄. You can verify by playing any 4k video in youtube. Its that simple. In setting you can see 4k60 display option.
K, why ipl 4k not coming in jio cinema.
At the same time, coming in jio fiber stb with 50fps.

Because jio is restricting 4k option in ipl live matches on jio cinema for airfiber users. Because Airfiber network is not stable all over India so if 4k will be available for airfiber stb network may not be handle it and user can face buffering. So to smooth playback they are currently not giving 4k options in airfiber ipstb.

I don't think.. is this correct information..
I have stable internet connection.
Drop issue not there for me.
Is 30 Mbps is sufficient For 4k video playing ? I said yes, sufficient.
Daily I'm using with full hd ipl. No buffering at all. Only frame rate issue.

y given 4k in youtube. Y not given in jio cinema.

I'm thinking this is only technical issue. Not network issue.

Think from a broader angle. AirFiber might be stable for you. But it's slow or lagging for many. They can not provide 4K resolution selectivity hence we assume that they have disabled it for every AirFiber users until they stable their network. Because if they provide 4K and users with slow connections can't watch, they will get many complaints. At least with HD all are able to watch IPL.
