Does Jio test network in the name of Videocon 4G? I am getting this on manual search

I am getting signal in my Reliance 4G sim card. CC confirmed that my sim is migrated to 4G.

But the problem is Internet works only in 2G and not in 4G. Both 2G and 4G signals are full.

I have been told that i would get 10GB free data post migration but free data is not credited. Cc have taken complaint about the free data. Have anyone faced a similar issue??

nope.. it will show as jio 4g.. check post #22 in this thread.. :k  :k

is it for datacard/mobile.. the wipod works only on LTE mode.. that is, it can latch onto 4G network only.. and my sim activated and connected to 4G network.. however the speed is not upto the mark.. getting around 3-5mbps only.. but its improved from yesterday where i got only 1mbps speed.. cc said the speed will improve in coming days.. also my prepaid account balance is showing 0 MB, but still i am able to connect to internet.. no idea if its free data or not..

also i got a update to my wipd woftware today...  ss of the sw update and avg. speed i am getting..
