regarding bsnl evdo

i will disconnect my ortel broadband service.i want to take bsnl evdo. i am staying in vss nagar bhubaneswar.can anyone tell me about the speed of bsnl evdo.

Before going for EVDO service, do some research on this. Since you are a broadband customer till date, you will really feel sorry later. The speed of evdo is very slow. Also it is a CDMA service, you can not unlock the modem for another sim / service. Better go for any unlocked modem, and use any GSM sim. The gprs charges are not much expensive. Also you can use 3G service, if you are ready to pay more.

i know brother it is a cdma service.but 3g tariff is too costly.As i am student so i cannot afford it.and bsnl evdo prepaid is 750 unlimited and i can bear it.have u knowledge about the speed??

Well EVDO bsnl is a good plan if you like then go for it.Speed is good.
