It has recently been listed on a Chinese E-Commerce Site. According to the site it will be coming with :

• Mediatek Helio G85 (probably an overclocked version of G80).
• 6.53 inch, 1080p LCD Display.
• 5020mAh Battery.
• 13 MP Front Punch-Hole Camera.
• 48 MP + 5 MP + 2 MP + 2 MP Rear Camera Setup.
• Rear Mounted Fingerprint Sensor.

This is the Redmi 10X 4G, China exclusive phone.
This is the series which used to be arrive as the Mi A series globally for the first 2 phones, but was last year taken over by the Mi CCe series.

Will have upto 10X digital zoom...

There is a very high chance that it'll be rebranded and launched as Redmi Note 9 in India. Even the design aesthetic of the phone is same as the Redmi Note 9 Series.

According to the reports, China is going to skip the Redmi Note 9 Series. Otherwise the Note Series always launches firstly in China and then in India & rest of the world.

Also in countries other than India, the Redmi Note 9 Pro is called the Redmi Note 9s and the Max Pro will be just Pro for them. So even if they decide to launch it in China, it'll probably be the same way.

So as expected, Redmi Note 9 Pro Max will be launching as Redmi Note 9 Pro globally. With same specs/internals, but the green colour variant will come with a slightly different camera housing and also a dual tone textured back.
