My house is 56 years old...Constructed in August 1966...About 15 years ago we extended 3 bedrooms, dining hall and a kitchen outside but adjacent with 1 side wall is same..4 years ago again built/extended a 35×25 sized living hall and a sitout In front area.
Now a week ago started to demolish old house ... Newly building 2 bathroom attached 14'×16' Bedrooms,1 Pooja Griha (room)sized 12'×15' 1 Large Dining hall and a large Modern kitchen..All on ground floor...
On 1st floor 2 Guest bedroom 1 Office Room for my Son and remaining part as Hall..
In ground floor older big too is to be converted as attached bedroom for my little baby girl according to her wish..Anyway she is in PG and coming home weekly...
Budget of Rs 50 lac...
I want to share this and few pictures here.
