NEW DELHI: Anil Ambani-led Reliance Communications (RCom) Thursday launched an innovative portal 'Mera Number, Meri Deal' for its pre-paid GSM customers to avail promotional offers.
"Through the portal, customers can simply dial *129# and avail exclusive offers across data, voice, talk-time and SMS services," the telco said in a statement.
