No way FIFA will host the WC if the countries boycott the majority of tv revenue comes from US, UK and the European countries if they dont participate there wont be any tv revenue and sponsorship revenue too. So naturally they will change the host nation

That sponsorship revenue can be easily be replaced by Chinese brand. Meanwhile FIFA has awarded rights to a country which doesn't have capacity to accommodate most tourist.
