I'm using 50mbps plan but never getting 50mbps . Always getting less than 50. Is it normal?

I am also using railwire 50Mbps plan in Gujarat I get mostly speed btw 48 to 49Mbps in download while uploading speed goes up to 50+Mbps ..

Its actually due to transmission losses same with Jio fiber too they cap the speed exact as per the plan and do not consider for losses so we get little bit less where some isp like Airtel and local considers that and we get little extra.
