Comparison of popular prepaid tariff plans w.e.f. 3rd July 2024: Airtel vs Jio

28-Day Plans:
- 1GB/day: Airtel ₹299 | Jio ₹249
- 1.5GB/day: Airtel ₹349 | Jio ₹299

56-Day Plans:
- 1.5GB/day: Airtel ₹579 | Jio ₹579
- 2GB/day: Airtel ₹649 | Jio ₹629

84-Day Plans:
- 1.5GB/day: Airtel ₹859 | Jio ₹799
- 2GB/day: Airtel ₹979 | Jio ₹859

365-Day Plans:
- 2GB/day: Airtel ₹3599
- 2.5GB/day: Jio ₹3599

Note: Both operators provide unlimited 5G data on plans with 2GB/day and above plans.

Conclusion: Jio is still cheaper in comparison to Airtel after the price hike.

@Bapun bro, include all common plans. Eg: Unlimited call+ 2GB/6GB limited data plans.
Edit:- Better to include Vi as well in the comparison.

Jio will always remain cheapest because they are the price disruptors who have succeeded with that tactic so much that basically all of their competitors are wiped out from India.

Now with almost monopoly, Jio is the price maker. They dictate the prices which others must follow to sustain the business.

I am more worried about fiber prices.
